Stadium mode
- Open the app, choose your match, then either share your GPS location or scan the QR code on your match ticket.
- If we can match your QR to a live match you will join the chat instantly. Otherwise an operator will review your QR and approve access shortly.
Account
- Reset your password from the login screen using the 'Forgot password' link.
- To delete your account, go to Profile → Delete account. All personal data is removed within 30 days.
Permissions
- Camera is used only to scan ticket QR codes and to take chat photos.
- Location is used only at the moment you tap the GPS verification button.
- Microphone is used only for voice messages.
- You can revoke any permission from your device settings at any time.
Report content
- To report inappropriate chat content or abusive behaviour, write to [email protected] with a screenshot. We review reports within 24 hours.
