Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the DT mobile application and website operated by thedtapp. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Account and security

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
  • You agree to provide accurate registration information.

3. Acceptable use

  • You agree not to: post unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit content; impersonate others; scrape or reverse-engineer the service; attempt to bypass voting, chat, or stadium-mode security; submit forged or stolen tickets; use the service to spam or distribute malware.
  • We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, in our sole reasonable judgment.

4. User content

  • You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant thedtapp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

5. Stadium mode

  • Unlocking stadium mode requires a valid match ticket QR or verified GPS attendance. We may manually review your QR and reject access if data is forged, mismatched, or shared.
  • Rewards and points associated with stadium mode are granted at our discretion and may be revoked if obtained fraudulently.

6. Intellectual property

  • All trademarks, logos, software, and graphics in the App are owned by thedtapp or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-party content

  • Match data, club and player names, logos, and fixture information are provided by third-party data providers and belong to their respective owners. We make no guarantee of accuracy.

8. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Predictions, statistics, and collective intelligence are informational only and must not be used for gambling decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, thedtapp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the profile screen.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which thedtapp is established, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.

12. Changes

  • We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
